  • If you have already submitted an abstract, log in using your ID and password. If this is your first time, click on Sign Up to create an account.
  • Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to you via e-mail after completing online registration.
  • You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page.’
Registration Process
Payment Pending Payment has not yet been received (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed).
Completed Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.
  • Your payment status will be changed from 'Payment Pending' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
  • After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt from 'My Page'.

Payment Methods

Online Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard and JCB
  • All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Bank Wire Transfer

  • Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
  • A confirmation letter will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid to complete registration.
  • A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the account on time.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
  • If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat (info@acar2026.org). Then we will send you the receipt by email.
  • If you do not receive your receipt on 'My Page', please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
  • Please send your cancellation requests in writing by email (info@acar2026.org).
  • The registrant is responsible for paying all bank charges associated with the remittance.
  • The refunds will be processed once the congress has ended.
No refunds will be given after February 16, 2026 (Korean Standard Time)
