Abstract Submission

The ACAR 2026 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts. The Scientific Committee will review the submitted abstracts, and those accepted will be presented either as Oral or Poster presentations.

Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Steps for Submission

    Sign-up and Login If you are already signed-up on this website, you can use the account for your abstract submission.

  • STEP 2

    Submit Your Abstract Fill out the author and abstract information and click the "Save and Next" button.

  • STEP 3

    Confirmation Letter After your submission, a confirmation letter will be sent to you via E-mail.

  • STEP 4

    My Page You can review and modify your submitted abstracts on "MY PAGE" until the submission deadline

  • STEP 5

    Acceptance Notification An acceptance notification
    will be sent to you via E-mail.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Theses guidelines are for general participants, not invited speakers.

  • All abstracts must be submitted online via the ACAR 2026 website. Abstracts submitted by E-mail, fax or post will NOT be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be written in clear English.
  • The abstract should be objective and concise, including key information in its four sections: Background/Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions.
  • No further proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral or poster presentation). However, the scientific committee will make the final decision on presentation type after review of the abstracts.
  • The presenting author must register for ACAR 2026 during the early-bird registration period. If the presenting author does not complete registration with full payment by December 21, 2025, the abstract will be withdrawn.
  • If there is a change of presenting author, the presenting author must notify the secretariat [ info@acar2026.org ] in advance.
    Such changes may result in an additional review by the scientific committee, and the evaluation outcome may be revised.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
  • Notifications of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by December 03, 2025.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by December 03, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat [ info@acar2026.org ] in writing as soon as possible.
